Make An Appointment
1. Read the policies on this page.
2. Fill out our confidential intake form and submit it.
3. A staff member will respond to confirm a date/time at which point you can secure your appointment by making a payment using the buttons above.
Missed Sessions and Cancellations
of less than 24 hours
A 50% fee is required for session cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Monday Sessions must be cancelled by email or phone message by Saturday at noon to avoid this charge.
There is no charge for cancellations due to emergency or illness. Be sure to review our illness policy below.
Payment required prior to session by check, credit or debit card.
Debit/Credit payments can be made with buttons to the left; Post payment visits are charged a $25 processing fee; Bounced checks will be charged a $25 service fee. Thank you for your understanding.
You must cancel your session if you or your child is sick or if you suspect that one or both of you is becoming ill. This includes sneezing, runny nose, any cold symptom. Please do not phone Amajoy to discuss whether the symptoms are mild enough to come in. This work is contraindicated if any family's immune system is even mildly challenged. Please contact us as soon as you realize that one of you is ill and we will look forward to seeing you the next time!
